I’ve been doing personal training with APEX for a year a half now and couldn’t be happier. DJ comes out to my house 4 times a week and we’ve never done the same workout twice. He’s always on time and always accommodates my schedule. Sometimes I come by the gym when I want a harder workout. It’s a must see. Good vibes and energy from the class workouts whenever I’m there. Def recommend to anyone looking for a gym, personal trainer or to change your lifestyle ! APEX makes it easy

Visiting from out of town I was completely out of my element on which gym to try out. Based on the amazing reviews I decided to checkout Apex Performance. The response time was very fast which comforted me since all my questions were answered efficiently by Darryl Johnson. The reception upon arrival was so welcoming that I was immediately put at ease. I learned that safety is top priority which I experienced first hand during the Functional Strength Fitness Class. I am so thankful that Darryl guided me throughout class to ensure I had proper form which would prevent any injury. Because of his professionalism and great knowledge, he helped me maximize my training the proper way. Attending a new gym can be super intimidating, but I can guarantee that when you attend Apex Performance you will be so thankful that you came and will want to go back!

I started personal training sessions with Cristian at Apex a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Cristian is extremely well qualified. He values good form and injury prevention, and he personalizes each session to help me achieve my goals. He is very encouraging, nonjudgmental, and easy to work with. The Apex facility as a whole is also very impressive. It is a large well taken care of space with all the equipment you could need. The owner is very welcoming and always makes a point to say hello. I HIGHLY recommend this gym and Cristian as a personal trainer. Looking forward to seeing how I progress over the next few months!
